Things to Do at the Gardens

Go for a walk. There are maps at each entrance, or visitor guides are available at the Visitor Centre. The Gardens also has a number of self-guided tour brochures available - ask at the Visitor Centre or click here.
Join a Guided Tour. Our knowledgeable guides offer tours that will bring the gardens to life for you - ask at the Visitor Centre for details or click here.
Enjoy a picnic, coffee, ice cream, snack or meal at the Botanical Gardens Restaurant or the Kiosk.

Pets (other than guide dogs in harness) are not permitted in the Gardens.

Children must be supervised at all times.

All visitors and activities within the Gardens are subject to and must comply with the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens Act 2002.
